1983 Etching - Doubleday Field - Cooperstown, New York

Matted (Acid Free) - w/ - Glass - & - Oak Wood Frame

Signed - Numbered - & - Dated by Cooperstown Artist - Deborah Geurtze

Very Low Limited Edition - 14 / 140

Size of Frame - 23 1/2" wide - x - 12" high - Ready to Hang

Etchings are not a lithograph - They are "Individually Produced" on a printing press from a copper plate & have an "Indentation" of the

plate on the perimeter of the art work which can be seen below on the edge of of the art - The 140 were then separately hand

painted with color variations, making each a "one of a kind" - It's a labour intensive process & can be seen on the internet

The Mat is perfect for Adding Signatures of HOF Members which will make it an exceptional Display & Conversational Piece

The Mat and / or the Glass can be removed from it's frame & taken to Cooperstown during the "Annual Induction Weekend"

There is always a large gathering of past Inductees, usually at least 30 - Adding Signatures will increase the value considerably

If you are a baseball fan, but haven't visited Cooperstown ... You're in for a treat & will love it - Highly recommended

Note - The photos below were taken at an angle to reduce flash reflections in the glass

The inscription in the Bottom Border from Left to Right reads - 14 / 140 - Spring Practice, Doubleday Field - Deborah Geurtze, Aug 1, 83

Label on Back - w/ - Hand Press used to produce each individually
